Philips Lighting was losing market share to local Chinese competitors. Ton was commissioned by Philips Design in Hong Kong to undertake a project with the objective to bring back the Philips proposition as being the most reliable partner with a superior product offer. A comprehensive program was developed, ranging from visual and verbal communication assets to retail environment. The program was swiftly rolled out into China with great results.
