Petronas Dagangan is the marketing division of this state-owned oil company. A corporate identity, developed in 1974, had not been maintained well. In the light of the global business expansion a brand identity revitalisation was required to be on par with other large international competitors. A initially small task grew into a 4 year project, in which everything was revamped, from letterpaper to oil tankers, from wayfinding signage to loyalty credit cards and headscarfs… All designs and production instructions were compiled in an extensive brand identity manual.
