This is an initiative from Jeroen Frumau and Leon Klinkers. “A more participatory and conditioning approach, in which exploratory and experimental ‘movements’ are made, can lead to more sustainable, broadly (socially) accepted and economically responsible solutions. An approach in which design principles, creativity, methods and skills offer additional tools for the civil servant, but also an approach that can inspire and lead at organizational level to different thinking and acting (a culture change). “
